Shipping policy
We don’t offer free shipping because we choose not to inflate our product prices to cover shipping costs. Instead, shipping is charged separately so our artwork stays fairly priced. Customers are charged only what we are charged for shipping—nothing more. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our work.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. This time frame includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Products are "Build to Order" which often means a 1-3 day manufacturing time is required.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any potential delays with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the order.
- We do not offer free shipping. Unlike other companies, I do not bake the cost of shipping into the price of the product. If I offered free shipping, I'd lose money and go out of business. We appreciate you for understanding.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on location.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Throttle Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
